Internal Communications:

• Club business is to be communicated by email and not by text.

• Chairs will copy the Communications Chair and Newsletter Editor on communications regarding calendar dates for committee workshops/events.

External Communications:

• The Club, GCA and GCofJ mailing lists are for Club use only:  no names or addresses may be distributed outside the Club nor on the public pages of the Club website.

• Any proposed public statements that refer to the “Late Bloomers Garden Club” first must be vetted by the Communications Chair and the Executive Committee before permission to release is granted.
